I am due to give birth any day now and just can't wait to start loosing that pregnancy weight and fat. I know I have to feed and eat a good diet, but are there any foods that burn fat quicker? I am 160cm tall and currently weight 74kgs. My aim is to weight at least 53 kgs within 4 months for my wedding. I know I will loose a few kilos straight after birth too, but there is still lots to loose.
