There are so many diets out What did you use?? What were your results??

I did something close to Atkins after doing much research on Low Carb diets and was convinced that it was safe and scientifically sound. Lost >30lbs in 4.5 mths, and have kept it off ever since. Its a 3-phase lifetime diet, and definitely not a fad for me.
