Should Obama give up on Health Care Reform?

I say that anyone that is educated on the issue KNOWS that we waste $500 Billion a year on it, that premiums have increased 400% in a year, that it's chunk of our GDP is growing drastically and will soon be unsustainable, and that only a complete IDIOT would think that we should do nothing....no offense.
