Am I fit/normal for my age? If not, what should I do?
I'm gonna be 15 years old in a couple of months, my weight is about 49.5 - 50 Kgs, and my height is a little above 5.5". I am currently unable to do more than two push-ups, and not even one smoothly. I feel rather sleepy during day times, and hardly do I feel completely fresh. My situatuion is such that I am unable to participate in sports etc., since I live in a place where it can be rather lonely, and there are not many facilities here. I depend mainly on video games etc for entertainment. So I would also like to recieve some suggestions/advice from you guys.
