I need some advice...?

I guess I would want the Grandmother to know and I can almost guarantee you she would want to know too. But take some steps to protect yourself and your daughter first. Do you know this woman or what she is like? What steps to take? I honestly don't know, but follow your gut instincts. Good luck.
