I think I may be experiencing early menopause?

I doubt very much you'd have early menopause, especially since you've not finished developing. I would say it's just your hormones and your body adjusting to them. This sort of thing happens at menopause also, changes in hormones etc, but yours would be because of puberty :) hope this eases your mind a bit :)
