What is wrong with me?

I've had a stuffy nose and dry mouth for a few days now. The other day I had a really bad headache and what felt like was turning into a fever but went away? And today I woke up with shortness of breath and I still do sort of and I was very very shaky today? Also my eyes burn and I'm more tired than usual. I don't feel sick at all though? Just tired. and congested.
